    Short and simple, environment updates and storyboarding additions.

Weather

    The weather system has been enhanced with more modes of operation. Moving forward, the system will allow for 8 different modes of operation.

Raining Transition

    As seen above, when the weather system transitions to a new type it can change the atmosphere. By atmosphere we currently mean the lighting but there may be other effects later down the road. Such effects are dark clouds, lightning, stormy weather (faster rain/wind and more lightning), and others that may make managing your agency a little bit harder. Although the game's wind direction works on cardinal and ordinal directions, the weather system accommodates only West and East of all directions. This preserves our top-down approach. In the future you will probably see more on enhancements to wind direction as different weather types are implemented. 

    Thought has taken place on how to interconnect the systems together. For instance, different weather could have events that could happen at specific areas of the map (think lightning strikes taking out transformers or cloud coverage and storms causing reduction or interference of radio signals strength). For example, you may have an operational base or outpost (not implemented) far away from your headquarters that could, in theory, have a blackout due to weather events. If you're conducting an important operation against foreign agencies, the blackout can lead to the operational base failing to retrieve vital information and orders, thus not functioning as you intend.  

    Either way, it's an intriguing enhancement that brings about its own challenges.
